About the California Consumer Privacy Act
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) became effective on January 1, 2020 and creates a variety of privacy rights for California consumers.
This CCPA Notice supplements the information and disclosures contained in our Privacy Policy and should be read in conjunction with Response procedures for Personal Information requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice applies to residents of California for whom we collect Personal Information.

- complying with law, legal process, and internal policies (including responding to requests from California residents under the CCPA).
- maintaining records; and exercising and defending legal claims.
